What information do we collect?

1. Lay-by

1.1. When ordering a BABY BUNDLE pack using our lay-by option, we believe in providing high quality packs at a price and way you can afford. Avoid last minute shopping for your baby by ordering now. All of our baby bundle packs can be placed on lay-by with no interest charged, at the same everyday affordable price.

1.2. The length of the lay-by is a non-negotiable term of no longer than 24 weeks. At the end of the 24 weeks from signing the contract and full payment has not been received the baby bundle pack will be deemed to be forfeited and no refund will be given*.

1.3. Payments are to be made into the nominated bank account and final information will be provided after the order form has been received and contract signed.

1.4. Payment must be received in full prior to the collection of your order. *Under conditions deemed by the owner as acceptable and unavoidable, there may be refunds in some cases; however this is only to be determined by the owner and not otherwise. 2. Risk & Damaged Goods

2.1. The risk in the goods supplied by us shall pass to you when you sign for the goods on the delivery of the courier parcel.

2.2. If any goods are damaged in transit you must return them to us (to the address set out below) within 3 working days of receiving them. We will replace any goods damaged in transit and refund the cost of you returning them to us as soon as it is reasonably possible for us to do so.

 

3. Returns Policy

3.1. If the goods received by you are not the same as the goods you have ordered you may return these goods to us (at the address set out below) within 3 days of receipt by you. This applies to the clothing only where colours may be incorrectly packed.

3.2. Provided that the goods sent to you are received by us in their original condition and do not differ from the goods sent to you (as evidenced by both our records, we will replace these goods with the goods ordered. The cost of returning goods to us will be at our cost.

3.3. Any goods from the baby bundle packs which show signs of wear or which have been damaged cannot be returned. 4. Website and Advertising Information

4.1. While the Company has made every effort to ensure that the information on our site and advertising materials are free from error, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of this information.

4.3. We do not warrant that access to the site will be uninterrupted.

 

5. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars. All prices are correct at the time of publication however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered goods we will contact you prior to processing your order. All prices stated are GST inclusive (if applicable).

 

6. Disclaimer

6.1. We shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of any goods from this site.

6.2. The liability of the entity Baby Bundle for any breach of any condition or warranty implied by law or otherwise and which can not be excluded is limited to:

1. The resupply of the goods or services;

2. The repair of goods; or

3. Payment of the cost of having the goods or services re-supplied or repaired.

7.2. Your right to use this site is personal to you and you may not authorise others to use it on your behalf.

8.1. We work to ensure that your personal information is kept safe. Your details will not be held by us longer than the completion of your order.

8.2. We will only collect customer information that is necessary for our business. For example, when you order online, we need your name, email address, mailing address and contact phone number. This enables us to process your order and notify you regarding its status.

8.3. We will ensure that your personal details are accurate, complete and up-to-date at the time these details are used or collected.

8.4. At your request we will let you know what sort of personal information is held, how it has been collected and how it is used and give you the right to correct any information which is incorrect.

10.1. If you are a New Zealand customer you may purchase goods using cash, direct credit, or lay-by as detailed above.

10.2. Shipment costs are applicable if freight is required and these will be included on the invoice.

10.3. Goods will be sent to you by as soon as possible after we obtain confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received for goods ordered.
